We want the light in your home, not a problem in your inbox. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Our guarantee

30 days from delivery. If your bulbs arrive damaged, don't work, or don't fit your fixture, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Damaged in transit? Send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement right away. You won't need to send the broken bulbs back.

Shipping

Pre-orders

Orders placed now are pre-orders from our limited first production run, expected to begin shipping on or around November 22, 2026, in time for Christmas. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your package leaves our facility.

That date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Manufacturing, quality control and carrier timelines can shift. If our shipping date moves, we'll email you before the original date with the new estimate, and you can choose to wait or to cancel your order for a full refund.

When you're charged

Payment is taken in full at checkout when you place your pre-order.

Where we ship from

Every order ships from Lebanon, Tennessee, in protective, mission-marked packaging. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders over $110 ship free.

Changing or cancelling an order

Because these are pre-orders, you can change or cancel any time before your order ships. Just email Sales@DiscipleLighting.com and we'll take care of it — no questions, no restocking fee.

Returns

To start a return, email Sales@DiscipleLighting.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll reply with instructions and, where a return is needed, a prepaid return label.

Unopened packages may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the return. There is no restocking fee, and this applies to every order — including discounted and promotional purchases.
